Breakfast Quiche

Mornin'! Day off for the man of the house and wanted to treat him to a special breakfast, he deserves it. So I woke up extra early to sneak in the kitchen hoping the smell of breakfast wakes him up.

This is what you will need:

1 tube of breakfast sausage
1 can of crescent rolls
6 eggs
Shredded cheddar cheese
White gravy http://clairesblog128.blogspot.com/2012/06/country-style-gravy.html

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Grease a pie dish.

Unravel the crescent rolls into a pie dish. Pinch together triangle creases so it's all connected.

Fry your breakfast sausage up at med. high temp. Once its done drain and place on a plate with paper towel.

Make a white gravy. This my Country Style Gravy recipe http://clairesblog128.blogspot.com/2012/06/country-style-gravy.html
Once you have made your gravy pour it over your crescent dough.

Place the sausage on top.

Beat 6 eggs and 3/4 c of milk. Pour that mixture on top of your sausage.

Cover with the cheddar cheese. Place the Quiche in the oven and bake for 45 minutes until eggs are done.

Oh yeah, by the time you take this out the oven the family will be waiting with their plates in their hands. This is so delicious, and filling.

Enjoy!
